Tomato and Red Onion Salad
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Whisk oil, vinegar, Italian herb blend and sugar in small bowl.
Place sliced onions on serving plate. Place tomatoes in single
layer over onions. Pour oil and vinegar mixture over tomatoes.
Sprinkle with feta cheese.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Italian Herb Blend Grinder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pound ripe tomatoes, sliced (about 3 medium)
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
